Job Description

As the Sales General Manager at Yick Sun Trading, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve company goals. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and a deep understanding of international trade markets, particularly in dry goods and seafood.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, suppliers, and partners.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and goal alignment.
• Build a sales system including an official website and a matrix of social media.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the international trade industry.
• Oversee the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales position, preferably in international trade, food, or related industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in business development and managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of international trade, especially in the dry goods and seafood sectors, is an asset.
