Job Duties

• Operate and drive ready-mix concrete trucks to transport concrete to various construction sites
• Deliver concrete safely and efficiently in accordance with scheduled timelines
• Operate mixing controls and ensure proper consistency during transport and discharge
• Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle systems and equipment
• Ensure safe and proper unloading of concrete at job sites
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, load tickets, and inspection reports
• Communicate with dispatch and site personnel to coordinate deliveries
• Follow all safety procedures and transportation regulations
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the mixer truck

Job Requirements

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license
• Clean driving record and driver’s abstract
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating heavy trucks
• Experience operating ready-mix concrete trucks is a strong asset
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment

Employment Conditions

• Work is primarily outdoors and on active construction sites
• Early morning starts, overtime, and weekend work may be required
• Extended periods of driving and operating heavy equipment
