⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Support Worker to assist an 80-year-old elderly lady with her daily living activities and ensure her safety, comfort, and well-being. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and dedicated to helping seniors live independently in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal daily living activities and mobility support to ensure safety and prevent falls

• Prepare healthy and balanced meals

• Provide medication reminders

• Accompany to medical appointments, laboratory visits, and doctors’ check-ups

• Assist with light exercise routines and swimming activities

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Maintain a safe and organized home environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience working with seniors or in a caregiving role is an asset

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize safety and respond calmly in emergencies

• Must be comfortable accompanying client to appointments and activities outside the home

Work Environment

• Non-smoking home

• Employer’s private residence
