At Nico’s we offer authentic Italian pizza and also serve pasta, poutine, and donairs. You can choose to dine inside our fully licensed restaurant, on our patio, which is also licensed, or order take-out. We are located in the heart of Revelstoke and are open 7 days a week from 3 to 10 pm.
Job Title: Line Cook
Wage: $20 / hour
Offered benefits: extended health and dental care plan available after 6 months (50/50 split between employer and staff); percentage of tip payout
Terms of Employment: Full-time, permanent (30-40 hours per week)

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook pizza, pasta, poutine and donairs
- Keep records of stock (food, supplies, equipment)
- Open kitchen and make sure everything is ready before we open the restaurant
- Ensure kitchen is kept clean and tidy
- Assist training of new kitchen staff
Employment Requirements/work experience:
Secondary school, min. 6 months work experience in a commercial kitchen
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure, extended periods of standing, fast-paced environmen
