Overview

The company is seeking a reliable and motivated Liquor Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and oversee staff in our Burns Lake location.

Qualifications

Languages:

• English

Education:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:

• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience

Work Setting

• Retail service establishment

• Work must be completed on site; remote work is not available

Key Responsibilities

• Assign sales staff to daily duties and shifts

• Establish and maintain work schedules

• Supervise and coordinate activities of retail staff (3–4 employees)

• Order and organize merchandise

• Authorize merchandise returns

• Maintain and control inventory levels

• Sell merchandise and assist customers as needed

• Prepare reports on sales volume, merchandising, and personnel matters

• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and supply shortages

• Supervise office and volunteer staff, as applicable
