Tasks
Supervised staff, including apprentices and service team members.
Assigned daily tasks to sales workers based on business needs.
Helped hire and train new team members.
Approved cheque payments and processed returns.
Ordered and managed inventory and merchandise.
Created staff schedules and adjusted shifts as needed.
Sold products and recommended services to customers.
Prepared reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Resolved customer complaints and supply issues quickly.
Handled cash, balanced registers, and oversaw daily transactions.
Managed payroll and ensured accurate time tracking.
Conducted staff performance reviews and gave feedback.
Supervised office and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
