Home Support Worker

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to assist a female adult with a physical disability in her private residence in Mississauga. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone with a caring personality who is dedicated to providing support with personal care, daily activities, and companionship.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide bedside and personal care

• Assist with bathing and other hygiene needs

• Support client in the water (e.g., pool)

• Help with regular physical activities (e.g., daily walks)

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry

• Offer emotional support and companionship

• Ensure comfort and safety in a home environment

Who You Are:

• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role preferred

• Education: No formal education required

• Language: Must speak and understand English

Additional Information:

• On-site work only (no remote option)

• Optional live-in arrangement at no cost (not a requirement)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20.00/hour

• 40 hours per week
